Common questions
I got a new iPhone. How do I move my LifeMap?
Your LifeMap moves with your normal iPhone transfer or backup. Set up your new phone from a backup of your old one, and LifeMap will be there waiting.
What happens if I delete the app?
Because your LifeMap is stored on your device, deleting the app deletes your LifeMap with it. If you might come back, keep a device backup first.
Can the person I share with change my LifeMap?
No. What you share is a copy for them to keep safe. Your own LifeMap only ever changes when you change it.
Something isn't working. What should I tell you?
Email us with your iPhone model, your iOS version, and what you were doing when things went wrong. A screenshot helps enormously. We never need, and will never ask for, anything inside your LifeMap.
When can I download it?
LifeMap is in final testing on iPhone and is not on the App Store yet. When it is published, the download link on the home page will go live.
